6.2 Client Deliverables. Ownership of deliverables created for a specific client engagement (such as websites, creative assets, or code) transfers to the client upon full payment, as specified in the relevant Project Agreement. Vyskai retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.3 Trademarks. "Vyskai" and associated logos are trademarks of Vyskai. Third-party trademarks referenced on the Website belong to their respective owners.
7. Third-Party Links and Tools

Vyskai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website for any user who violates these Terms. Termination of an active service engagement is governed by the terms of the relevant Project Agreement.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a Project Agreement with a client specifies a different governing law for that engagement. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
